This is a Black Aluminum Heatsink for Raspberry Pi an aluminum heatsink kit used for cooling the chips on Raspberry Pi. Compared to other heatsinks, it has been attached with  adhesive tape, allowing the Raspberry Pi to cool more efficiently.
