The Nextion IO Adapter is made specially to work with Nextion Enhanced HMI Display Series – for use with any of the 2.4″, 2.8″, 3.2″, 3.5″, 4.3″, 5.0″, 7.0″ enhanced models.

This small board breaks out the enhanced Nextion’s GPIOs to 0.1 inches/2.54 mm headers, allowing users to conveniently connect external devices to Nextion’s Digital/PWM GPIOs.

Nextion Intelligent NX8048P050_011C_Y HMI 5.0″ Capacitive Touch Display with an enclosure that comes with a Capacitive touch display. This display is from the Newly launched Intelligent series and is very easy to use and can be interfaced to the Microcontroller using a simple UART port. The Nextion display can be easily interfaced with any Microcontroller using just 2 wires. Nextion displays have a built-in microcontroller that controls the display, it takes care of which button has been clicked, creating text, storing images, or change the background. The Nextion display then communicates with your microcontroller using serial communication at a 9600 baud rate.

NX8048P050_011C_Y is a 5.0″ Nextion Capacitive touchscreen display with an enclosure that comes with a Capacitive touch display is so simple to the interface that it can easily work with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, ESP32, PIC Microcontroller, AVR controller, ARM Microcontroller and you won’t believe it will work even with basic 8051 microcontrollers basically it will work with any board or Microcontroller that has UART port.

Note: The small power supply test board and connecting wire inside the package allow you to test if the electrical supply is enough or not. See the image below on how to use it.
