NRF51422 from Nordic is a powerful multi-protocol single chip solution for ANT/Bluetooth Smart applications, incorporating 2.4GHz radio Multi-protocol (Nordic’s latest best-in-class performance radio transceiver) and 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 processor along with 256kB flash + 16kB RAM memory. The nRF51422 supports Bluetooth Smart, ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary protocol stacks.Software stacks are available as downloads. It is Pin compatible with other nRF51xxx series devices.
