The TPS2662x series of high voltage eFuses is small and feature-rich‚ with a comprehensive suite of protective features. Many typical DC bus voltages may be controlled thanks to the wide supply input range of 4.5 V to 60 V. Positive and negative supply voltages of up to 60 V can be withstood and protected by the device. Both the TPS26624 and TPS26625 devices enable input and output reverse polarity protection. The reverse current blocking characteristic of integrated back to back FETs makes the device appropriate for systems with output voltage holdup needs during power failure and brownout scenarios. Many customizable features are offered for load‚ source‚ and device safety‚ including overcurrent‚ output slew rate‚ and overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds.
