The CD4020BC, CD4060BC, and CD4040BC are 14-stage ripple carry binary counters, and the 12-stage ripple carries binary counters, respectively. Each clock pulse's negative transition advances the counters by one count. A logical "1" at the set input, independent of the clock, resets the counters to their initial value of zero. Its supply voltage is 18V, and its input voltage is -0.5 to 0.5V. Its max clock frequency is 3MHz.
