The TPS2660x devices are high-voltage Fuses with a comprehensive suite of protective features that are small and feature-rich. Many standard DC bus voltages may be controlled thanks to the wide supply input range of 4.2 to 60 V. Positive and negative supply voltages of up to 60 V can be withstood and protected by the device. The reverse current blocking characteristic of integrated back-to-back FETs makes the device appropriate for systems with output voltage holdup needs during power failure and brownout scenarios. Many customizable features are offered for load‚ source‚ and device safety‚ including overcurrent‚ output slew rate‚ and overvoltage and Undervoltage thresholds. The inherent strong protection control blocks‚ together with the TPS2660x's high voltage rating‚ enable simplifying system designs for surge protection.
