EL3021 – Optocoupler Triac Driver 1-CH 400VDRM 6-Pin PDIP

EL3021 is an Isolator with forward voltage of 1.18V from Everlight Electronics. It provides voltage isolation upto 5kV, its off state voltage is 400V. Operational temperature range is -55 to 100 C.
