The IR2110 is a HIGH AND LOW-SIDE DRIVER in the DIP-14 Package. The IR2110 are power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with independent high and low-side referenced output channels that operate at high voltage and high speed. HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies, which are proprietary, enable ruggedized monolithic construction. Down to 3.3V logic, logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output drivers have a high pulse current buffer stage designed to reduce driver cross-conduction. To facilitate use in high-frequency applications, propagation delays are matched.
