ONSEMI RHRP1560 15A 60V Hyperfast Diode in TO-220 Package

The RHRP1560 is a hyper fast diode with soft recovery. It is a silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar structure with half the recovery time of ultrafast diodes. These devices are designed to be utilized as freewheeling/clamping diodes and diodes in a wide range of switching power supply and other power switching applications. Their low stored charge and hyper fast soft recovery reduce ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, resulting in lower power loss in the switching transistors.
