The MBR20100CT is a Schottky Diode Rectifier used in low-voltage/high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications. The MBR20100 is a TO-220 package dual Schottky diode with a common cathode for high-current applications. This can drive up to 20A through each diode with a peak reverse voltage of 100V because each diode has a forward current of 10A. The MBR20100 is a dual rectifier diode commonly used in converter circuits. It can be used in voltage clamping protection and filter circuits.
