Its Stead 1.5K ohm 250W Silicon Coated Fixed Clip type with Fitting Wire Wound Resistor, Its a passive electrical device that controls the current flow. This coating ensures that the rheostat is tolerant to temperature variations, moisture, and oil and is very well electrically insulated.
