The 36MT160 is a Three Phase Bridge Rectifier Diode. The maximum DC current that this IC can handle is 35A hence can be used for a broad range of applications. This IC has a reverse breakdown voltage of 1600V and a low forward voltage drop of 1.2V. It has high efficiency and a high surge current capability of 500A. If you are looking for a compact IC for rectification application this can be a good choice. This bridge rectifier is typically used in large UPS systems, electroplating, electro-refining and anodising plants, and large DC motor controllers.
