Need to measure water quality and other parameters but haven’t got any low-cost pH meter? Find it difficult to use with Arduino? DFRobot analog pH meter, specially designed for Arduino controllers and has a convenient and practical “Gravity” connector and a bunch of features. Instant connection to your probe your Arduino to get pH measurements at ± 0.1pH (25 ℃). For most hobbyists, this great accuracy range and its low cost make this a great tool for biorobotics and other projects! It has an LED that works as the Power Indicator, a BNC connector, and a PH2.0 sensor interface. To use it, just connect the pH sensor with the BND connector, and plug the PH2.0 interface into the analog input port of any Arduino controller. If pre-programmed, you will get the pH value easily. Comes in a compact plastic box with foams for better mobile storage.

Grove – ORP Sensor Kit (HR-O) aims to measure the cleanliness of the water and its ability to break down contaminants. It works with a 5 meters IP68 ORP probe, offering a -2000mV to 2000mV sensing range, operating under 0-80℃ which is a member of the simple-to-use Grove ecosystem and supports Arduino programming. The sensor is environmentally friendly and RoHS certificated.

An ORP Sensor measures the activity of oxidizers and reducers in an aqueous solution, it measures the ability of a lake or river to cleanse itself or break down waste products. Different oxidation-reduction processes and conditions have different ORP values(mV), with aerobic conditions having higher ORP values and anaerobic conditions having lower ORP values. In common conditions like spas, it is widely acknowledged that the safe values are between 650 mV and 750 mV.

For more anaerobic and aerobic environments detection, you will find this sensor amazed that it offers an even wider range measurement and the value of which is from -2000 mV to +2000 mV. It also provides ±15mV sensing accuracy when it operates at 0-60°C.

With such performance, its assembly, operation, and value-read are pretty simple. Being a member of the Grove ecosystem and supported by Arduino, you can easily connect it to any Arduino-support board with a Grove cable and simply read the output ORP value.

Note

If you find white solid granular crystals around the probe shroud after receiving the product, this is normal and please do not worry. It is caused by temperature change, environmental change or redox during the process of delivery. However, it will not affect the nature of the internal potassium chloride solution and the normal operation of the sensor.

If you find it, please use a wet paper towel to gently wipe off the crystals on it, please do not let it near your children to avoid accidental ingestion.

This contactless capacitive  Externally attachable Liquid Level Sensor can use to detect liquid levels without dipping/touching the liquid. you just need to stick the sensor to the external body of the tank where you need the alert.

Compared to Reed switch

1. Small size and small installation space.

2. It can be used after being installed on the outer wall of the container. The tank need not to be any changes, which is convenient for installation.
The use of a float-type liquid level sensor requires openings in the container, and the container cannot be moved.

3. The float type liquid level sensor needs to contact the liquid to detect the liquid level. The internal magnet will absorb
impurities in the water to form scale. The scale will cause the weight of the float to affect the accuracy of the liquid level
detection.

This non-contact liquid level switch can be triggered when the liquid level falls below the sensor attached to the outside surface of a non-metal container.
