Product details

The RHRG30120 is a 30A 1200V Diode with a TO−247 Package. The RHRG30120 is a high-speed diode with a soft recovery characteristic. It is silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar construction with half the recovery time of ultrafast diodes. These devices are designed for use as freewheeling/clamping diodes and diodes in a wide range of switching power supplies and other power-switching applications. Because of their low stored charge and hyper fast soft recovery, they reduce ringing and electrical noise in many power switching circuits, lowering power loss in the switching transistors.
