L293D Motor Driver Module – Made in India

The major component in this L293D Motor Driver module is the L293D Motor Driver IC. This IC is a 16 pin half H bridge motor driver IC. It is capable of driving two DC motors or stepper motors at the same time.

SPECIFICATIONS

• This is a capacitive based module.
• Have to supply 5v input for the operation.
• Spike current protection from motor.
• Maximum current up to 900mA.
• 12V -15V operation mode.

Note: It does not have any 5V regulation and not have reverse current protection (Reverse voltage will damage the IC).
