It’s a AC/DC Inverter LED Bulb White 64mm DOB LED PCB, Its operating voltage is 220VAC, and the power of this LED is 10W, the no. of LEDs is 25; its colour is white. This PCB board has a total of two IC. SP1696 is eight pins LED driver IC used to drive LED. SDH711ARH is a high-accuracy LED constant current driver IC; it is applicable to a non-isolated buck LED constant current power system with a full AC input voltage range of 85VAC~265VAC. It has a supercapacitor to store energy temporarily 2.2microfarad 400V. It has a connector and inductor too.
