The 103SR13A-1 is an unipolar hall-effect digital Position Sensor with 15/32-32 UNS-2A cylindrical aluminium threaded housing and 152mm (6-inch) 24-gauge stranded lead wires, irradiated polyethylene insulated termination. Meet NEMA 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X (stainless-steel housing), 12 and 13 requirements. They respond to the magnetic field from permanent magnets or electromagnets. This rugged non-contact sensing product use versatile, reliable Hall-effect sensor ICs that are operated by a magnetic field and are designed to respond to alternating North and South Poles or to South Pole only. The hall-effect position sensor includes latching and linear magnetic types. The standard open-collector sinking output (digital devices) or push-pull output (linear device) of the hall-effect position sensor can be easily interfaced with common electronic circuitry such as microprocessors, integrated logic, discrete transistors, and SCRs with compatible voltage specifications.

Hall Current 15 Click as its foundation uses the TMCS1101-Q1, a precise Hall-effect current sensor featuring a 600V isolation working voltage, <1.5% full-scale error across temperature, and device options providing both unidirectional and bidirectional current sensing from Texas Instruments.

The input current flows through an internal 1.8mΩ conductor that generates a magnetic field measured by an integrated Hall-effect sensor and amplified by a precision signal chain. The device has a bandwidth of 80kHz and can be used for AC and DC current measurements. It is optimized for high accuracy and temperature stability, with offset and sensitivity compensated across the operating temperature range.

This Click board™ possesses two ways to communicate with the MCU. The analog output signal of the TMCS1101-Q1 can be converted to a digital value using ADC101C021, a 10-bit resolution analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments using a 2-wire I2C compatible interface, or can be sent directly to an analog pin of the mikroBUS™ socket labeled as AN. Selection can be performed by onboard SMD switch labeled as OUT SEL, setting it to an appropriate position marked as AN or ADC. The ADC101C021 can transfer data supporting modes up to High-Speed, alongside its alert function, which provides an interrupt routed to the ALR pin of the mikroBUS™ socket activated when analog input violates a programmable upper or lower limit value.

This Module is based on the Allegro Hall-effect Based Linear Current Sensor IC ACS758LCB-050B. This is 50 Ampere Bi-directional current sensor Module.

The relationship between voltage output and current input:
 VOUT = VOUT(Q) + Vsens x I VOUT(Q) is the quiescent output voltage, which is VCC/2, which is the output voltage when there is no input. Vsens is a sensor-sensitive scale, also known as a coefficient. I is the current flowing from IP+ to IP-.
For example, suppose the sensor model is 050B, VCC is 5V, and I current is 10A, then the output is 5V / 2+40mV/A x10A=2.9V.

The Grove – Coulomb Counter 3.3V to 5V (LTC2941) is based on LTC2941, its operating range is perfectly suited for single-cell Li-Ion batteries. A precision coulomb counter integrates current through a sense resistor between the battery’s positive terminal and the load or charger. This module measures the number of amp-hours has been used, if you use a fully charged battery, you can test the amount of battery you have used, the remaining percentage, just like the remaining battery shown in your phone.
