PL3536C is a high-efficiency Primary Side Regulator and well-integrated PWM Power Switch. By doing away with the optocoupler, secondary control circuitry, and auxiliary winding, it simplifies the designs of traditional CC lighting systems. Current regulation is achieved with extreme rigour. Multi-mode operations are used during an operation to achieve minimal standby power, high efficiency, and audio and noise free. In addition, the frequency jittering may significantly lower the price of the EMI filter. The system cost and number of external components may be reduced by the integrated Power MOSFET. In addition, the PL3536C has various protective features, such as UVLO, OVP, Clamp, and Cycle-by-Cycle peak current limiting. The switch keeps trying to start up as long as there is a fault. Every new beginning is a soft start. It is specifically used for a 15W LED system.
